I didn’t plan for this to be a food blog, but it just turned out that way. Since I was diagnosed with diabetes, it’s on my mind a lot. Learning to live well without medication is my goal. Since I adopted the low carb/high fat way of eating in December 2013, I’ve lost weight, normalized my blood glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
